The annual release of The Rector, a beer designed and brewed by Reverend Chris Rankin-Williams of St. John’s and the head brewer at Absolution Brewing, is March 8 and Creekside Pizza & Taproom. This year’s The Rector is a Belgian Golden Ale with honey and oranges. This 2022 release is a delicious, juicy tweak of the most popular version of The Rector. At 7% ABV it is lower alcohol than last year’s strong ale and more in the range of many craft beers today.20% of can orders and 100% of The Rector on draft at Creekside will be donated to St. John’s outreach ministry. A 4-pack of 16oz cans is $16. See below for information on the beer and on how to order cans for pickup on March 8. Creekside will also be donating a portion of ALL FOOD AND DRINK sales on March 8th from 5pm to close to St. John’s and their impactful outreach program.
