On Friday April 8th (Opening Day) San Anselmo own’s Joe Ryan will get the call to start for the Minnesota Twins; Ryan, 25, 2014 Drake H.S graduate and 2020 Olympian, will become the Twins’ first rookie to start on Opening Day since Tom Hall in 1969.

MLB announced the postponement of this game from Thursday, April 8th to Friday April 9th due to severe weather…. so, hopefully nothing else will delay Joe’s Major League Debut. Go Joe!
