There are many restaurant and hospitality journals, and within that are every style of food. In the Pizza industry, “PIZZA TODAY” is THE Pizza magazine in the world. It’s got international coverage backed with a lot of what’s happening in Italy and mostly US, including top chefs, industry events (Like the annual Pizza Expo), etc etc etc. This month, Creekside Pizza & Taproom was selected as one of the TOP 25 restaurants in the US to watch in 2023. Celebrating Stand Out Pizza Shops: When we conducted our most extensive industry survey in fall 2022, we also asked independent pizzeria operators to submit their pizzerias for consideration in our first Pizzerias to Watch feature.
