It’s harvest time again…The 2021 vintage crops are being picked and crushed from Marin, Sonoma and Napa… some Pinot Noir picks delayed till mid October to achieve carbonic maceration, where longer hang-times promotes fermentation within the berries on the vines, which makes fruitier wines with softer tannins, achieving an “old world” flavor profile. Wines by Kosta-Brown are good examples of where carbonic maceration, done right, produce the finest wines in the world.

Here at Creekside, we run about forty “California only” wines by the bottle, keeping our white wines at 38 degrees and all of our reds at 58 degrees. We also have wine by the glass specials daily at happy hour at $4 each, and every Wednesday is Wine Wednesday with our wines by the glass just $5 from 11am to 4pm.
