Saturday, October 23rd, 12 noon ’till done (basically, the first 100 participants…it could go all day, it could be over in 2 hours), Creekside presents Pumpkins in the Park. Come to Creekside and pick out your complimentary pumpkin, then join Team Creekside outside (or indoors, weather permitting) to paint and decorate your pumpkin. Paints, stickers, “googly eyes” and fun stuff provide to each child. Your choice to take it home with you, OR… display your pumpkin’s pumpkin in our front window to be judged by the community over following week. Winners of several categories will win Creekside sweatshirts, gift certificates, free pizza for a year, and public notoriety (or humiliation). Over $500 in prizes (Winners announced on 10/29 at Spooktacular). It’s Creekside’s second PUMPKINS IN THE PARK. One pumpkin per child. Any pumpkins left for display can be picked up any time for home display during GOBLIN’S SPOOKTACULAR downtown Goblin Parade and Costume Candy Grab on Friday, October 29th from 5pm to close. Winning Pumpketeers can also pick up their prizes at this time.
