The San Anselmo Chamber of Commerce‘s “Holiday Tree Lighting” returns in collaboration with The Town of San Anselmo Recreation Department this Saturday evening. As sponsors of this annual event, Creekside Pizza & Taproom and many other local merchants will have our doors open all day and night, with the return of the San Anselmo Express train rides, selfies with Santa, and the 5PM lighting of the tree in Imagination Park THIS SATURDAY, December 2nd, 2023.
Enjoy FREE hot cocoa and candy canes from Creekside while you wait for the train. This year, Creekside is collaborating with MARIN FOSTER CARE ASSOCIATION to distribute cocoa and canes. Meet the Marin Foster event team and (CLICK HERE) to learn more about their program, services, and opportunities.
San Anselmo Avenue will be closed to vehicle traffic this Saturday afternoon to provide a safe pedestrian events from Creekside to Cucina. Please plan to arrive early. The event moves pretty quickly and parking is always a challenge when the street is closed, so plan ahead, walk downtown, carpool, or ride share. Don’t miss the San Anselmo Holiday Tree Lighting this Saturday night.
